We are a team of evaluation specialists, program designers, and strategic thinkers — and we believe that data matters, but not all data is created equal. High-quality, well-presented information propels youth-serving organizations forward, proves their value to the world, and gets the right people paying attention.

Our team specializes in research and data-informed approaches to program development, evaluation, and learning. Statement House is a woman-owned impact consultancy specializing in program development, evaluation and learning, and strategic planning for youth-serving organizations. Founded by Dr. Cristin Rollins, the firm brings more than 25 years of deep field experience to the organizations it partners with — helping them design systems that measure what matters and use data to make a lasting difference.

Statement House has partnered with the national offices of some of the most widely reaching youth-serving organizations in North America — including Boys and Girls Clubs of America, Camp Fire, Girls Inc., Playworks, YWCA USA, and others — to design and implement program and evaluation strategies for networks of local affiliates serving hundreds of thousands of young people across the U.S. and Canada.

Through the Character Impact Lab (CIL), Dr. Rollins leads a collaborative of seasoned professionals across the youth development landscape — researchers, curriculum designers, facilitators, and data strategists who share a commitment to character-forward environments and organizational excellence. Together, the CIL team centers equity, dignity, and participatory practice, building tools that help organizations monitor progress, measure outcomes, and learn directly from the experiences of the young people and staff they serve.

Dr. Rollins holds a PhD and MA in Sociology from The University of Georgia and a BA in Organizational Sociology with a concentration in Nonprofit Studies from Berry College. Her full biography and CV are available here.
